• Email info@skatably.com to start the custom dress order process. Subject of your email should be "Custom Order - Last Name"

• Include your desired dress style, size from size chart, colors and customizations, you would like and your desired budget. You may also include music selection. This will help guide me with your creative direction and help me formulate follow up questions.

• To move forward with the process I will require a non refundable deposit of $75.00 to provide 2 sketches. If you'd like additional sketch options you will need to pay $25 per sketch. 

• Once the dress style, size, color and customizations have been confirmed & authorized by you, I will send you a link to pay the balance on the dress.

• You will have 8 business days to confirm the exact dress style/color/size and customizations you would like and pay the balance of the dress/dresses. If dress details and payment have not been made within 8 business working days your "spot" in the sewing / construction process will be forfeited so I can offer it to another customer. Your deposit is not refundable if the spot is forfeited. Please check your junk folder if you do not hear from me within 24 hours once the deposit has been made.

• You will receive a email with tracking once the item have been shipped.

 

Terms and Conditions for Custom Made to Order Dresses

• All Custom Made to Order Dresses are all sales final! No returns or exchanges.

• Once a deposit has been made it is not refundable for any reason. Please email me any questions or concerns you may have before the ship date or before you put in an order for a deposit.

• Sizing will be my stock standard sizing as shown on the size chart. I can do small adjustments before cutting the dress like shorten or lengthen the body. No custom sizes will be made from personal measurements.  Once the dress has been made any alterations will need to be made by the customer.
